M.A.C.O. has a higher shield cap at 7,437.8 to Dyson's 4,927.5. M.A.C.O. has 5% Absorption while Dyson does not. M.A.C.O also has the Power Conduit Link while Dyson has Hyper Regenerative Shield Array. M.A.C.O. also reduces Plasma damage by 20% while Dyson reduces Antiproton damage. Dyson has a higher Shield Regen rate at 273.8 to M.A.C.O.'s 190.7.

Winner: Dyson because the Shield Regen rate is better. It reduces all energy damage by 10%. It has the Hyper Regenerative Shield Array which lets you Regen +1,200 Shield Regen per facing.
