We proudly host 2 active guilds in SWToR and we have many players active daily. Both guilds offer a fun, friendly, and relaxed community driven environment with no hassles or drama. We're a group of friends who play hard and fight fair, with ultimate fun as our goal. We're looking for new members who are civilized, like-minded, mature, and play fair. Gaming experience, playstyle, and stats are not important, quality in character is what we ultimately seek.
Brothers of War is a clan and we're always accepting applications, however you do not have to join our clan in order to join the guilds in-game. Clan membership is required however for higher level ranks in the guild. If you wish to join the clan please read our application topic and post your application for review. We have a Teamspeak voice server available for those age 18 and over.
Both guilds are located on the Shadowlands server.
We've outfitted a stronghold for the guild and a guild bank is available for guild members.
If you wish to join the guild just ask any member and we'll shoot you an invite!
You MUST join Teamspeak at least once before we recruit you!
You can also post in this topic with your character name.
Guild Officers are appointed by the GM's, this rank is a highly restricted position and only appointed to active BoW clan members. Don't ask for this position, if you're officer material we'll ask you. Guild Officers assist with daily operations and are guild bank Quartermasters. Clan membership and Teamspeak required.
Senior Spaceballs are senior guild members who are also BoW clan members. This position carries the responsibility of helping others to level and complete missions, as well as helping the guild in any way possible. Bear in mind these members are gamers like the rest of us so they may not always be able to drop what they're doing right away. Clan membership and Teamspeak required.
The Spaceball rank is the bulk rank of the guild, it's where most members will reside. Clan membership is not required however you must be active in our Teamspeak server as this position is allowed to invite new recruits.
Junior Spaceball is reserved for players who do not participate in Teamspeak and have not joined the Brothersofwar.org clan. Those who pass our probationary period will be promoted to Junior Spaceball, however you will not have additional powers or access to the guild bank and you are not allowed to directly recruit new members, Junior Spaceballs may, however, direct possible candidates to higher ranking members of the guild.
New Recruits undergo a 2~4 week probation period before consideration for a promotion to Junior Spaceball. This probation period varies because it depends on how active you are. We look for friendly, helpful players who will stick around and remain loyal to the guild. Clan membership and Teamspeak is not required however if you have a mic please feel free to join our Teamspeak.
As for guild rules, use common sense, we're easy to get along with and we're not going to boss you around. Be kind, show respect to others, and play fair, that's all we ask. If you like drama, flaming, disrespect, or unsportsmanlike behavior; we're not the guild for you.

TRON 2.0 is the present-day sequel to the 1982 cult film classic that was a landmark of computerized graphical ingenuity. TRON 2.0, is a story-driven, first-person action game that propels the player into an alternate universe inside a computer. As Jet Bradley (son of the original films hero Alan Bradley) you will combat digital opponents using guns, rods, grenades, missiles, and the iconic TRON disc. Combining the best of the genre with a truly innovative look and breakthrough game play, TRON 2.0 delivers an adventure unlike any other. It will take PC gaming to a new level with intense action, intense and deadly battles, and high-speed light cycle races.
This is a very hard game to find and even more expensive then when it was first released as it's considered a classic, however, Tron 2.0 is now on Steam and it's only $10!
While the game is playable out of the box when you purchase from Steam, it does not have all of the enhancements and add-ons that have been available for over a decade. LDSO. Living Dead System Operators (LDSO) is a dedicated community to the further development of the Tron PC games (particularly Tron 2.0): including the creation of maps, mods, expansion packs, and tools.
I recommend the following UPDATES:
This new self-installing map pack contains every fan-made Multiplayer custom map released as of 02/21/13. Now it's easier than ever to obtain all the Multiplayer maps and install them with just a few clicks of the mouse. Every Light Cycle, Disc Arena, and Derez map all in one download. The installed maps require about 2.2 GB of hard drive space. Works on 98/Me/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10.
We host multiple online servers where you can play 24 hours a day! You must have the recommended updates and the complete map pack in order to play on our servers.
Note that v1.1a of the Killer App Mod is not compatible with v1.1 for online Multiplayer. Everyone playing together in a match must be using v1.1a, and that includes the server hosting the match. I recommend uninstalling v1.1 before replacing it with v1.1a.
Killer App Mod v1.1a was tested on both the CD/DVD Retail and Steam versions, and will work with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 (both 32-bit and 64-bit in all cases). It should also still work on 98/Me/2000, but was not tested on those versions of Windows.
How to play ONLINE with modded Tron 2.0
When you first run the launcher, click the "Custom" box and turn off the User Error mod, you must have this set to "Retail" in order to play online. Keep this setting in "Retail" until you've finished the Campaign, afterwards you may select one of the 2 "UserError" mods to play extended Campaigns.
Troubleshooting for Steam Users
Replacing the existing TronLauncher.exe with this should stop the "endless looping" problem that occurs during installation of the Steam version of TRON 2.0, for most people. Works on XP/Vista/7/8/10.
TronFixedLauncherSteam.zip 4.28KB 118 downloads
You can just navigate to your Tron 2.0 installation folder and run your original launcher as admin.

From what I saw from streamers playing it, I got the same feeling. It has potential but it needs A LOT of work.

The Captain Specialization system that came with Delta Rising has offered players a new purpose for their continued efforts, even after reaching the new level cap of 60. Specializations offer additional advancement opportunities, exciting new abilities, and a whole new set of options for building out your captain’s capabilities.
With the upcoming launch of our 5th Anniversary Update, we will be offering our first expansion of the system in the form of a new Primary Specialization:
The life of a Command Officer isn't easy. You need to make the difficult choices, shoulder the responsibility for those decisions and coordinate the actions of your peers and subordinates. But, if you're up to the challenge, the rewards and recognition may be worth the burden of leadership.
The Command Officer builds upon the concept of coordination and communication, as it pertains to combat in the Star Trek Online universe, both in Space and on the Ground. You, as a Command Officer, will gain access to abilities that allow your entire team to exceed previous limitations and perform more effectively as a unit.
Many of the abilities unlocked through the Command Officer Specialization also stack, if there are multiple Command Officers on a single team. But even solo, these team-wide benefits will affect your entire away team of Bridge Officers.
Since Command Officer is a Primary Specialization, it cannot be active at the same time as your existing Intelligence Officer Specialization. However, all captains will have the opportunity to invest additional Specialization Points into the Command Officer specialization, even if it is not active.
With the introduction of a new Primary Specialization, we are also increasing the cap on Specialization Points from the existing 60, up to a new max of 90.
As long as you have the Command Officer Specialization as your primary, you will gain:
+5%-15% Maximum Health and Hull Capacity
This bonus starts at 5% once you have a single ability purchased and the Specialization is active as your Primary. It scales up with each additional ability purchased, up to a total of 15% once the Specialization is complete.
As with previous Specializations, purchasing abilities in the Command Officer specialization will unlock new Starship Traits.
After 15 abilities are purchased, you will unlock:
Your advanced Command training has granted you access to special communications frequencies that can be used to more readily call for assistance in battle.
- The “Low Health” requirement is removed from Fleet Support
- Cooldown of Fleet Support reduced by 5 minutes
After 30 abilities are purchased, you gain access to Improved Command Frequency, which functions the same as above, but reduces the cooldown of Fleet Support by an additional 5 minutes.
Once unlocked, this Trait can be made active on any starship you own by adding it to an active Starship Trait Slot in the Trait selection window.
The below list is only a small sampling of the abilities that can be unlocked through advancing in the Command Officer Specialization.
+10% Sprint Speed for Team (stacks with multiple Command Officers, up to +50%)
Any time a foe is successfully vaporized within 20m of you; trigger a large team-wide Heal.
Using an Exploit attack on an Exposed target has a 20% chance to refresh the Expose effect, rather than consume it.
Energy Weapons gain a 1% chance to Expose enemies to Torpedo Exploits.
Torpedo Exploits ignore 20 Kinetic Damage Resistance Rating.
(Space – Requires Expose Weakness)
Torpedo Exploits now ignore 50 Kinetic Damage Resistance Rating.
Next outgoing Critical Hit will apply -25 All Damage Resistance Rating for up to 10 seconds.
(Space – Requires Achilles’ Heel)
Achilles’ Heel effect also reduces foe’s outgoing damage by up to 60% while active.
(Ground + Space)
For each teammate (and self) at Full Health/Hull, you gain +2% Bonus Damage
(Ground + Space)
For each Player on your team (not Bridge Officers) gain 2.5% additional Specialization XP and Starship Mastery XP.
Many additional abilities can be unlocked in this Specialization, to improve your Ground and Space combat capabilities, as well as the overall effectiveness and survivability of your teammates.
Bridge Officer Specialization
Alongside the exciting changes appearing with the Bridge Officer Training Revamp (Blog Link Here), the Command Officer Specialization will grant Captains the ability to add the Command Specialization to any existing Bridge Officers! This will grant them access to additional Bridge Officer Abilities on both Space and Ground, further increasing their versatility and value as a member of your crew.
We will be sharing additional details regarding the Bridge Officer version of the Command Specialization in a future Dev Blog, so keep an eye on our website for that information!
** All of the above details, especially those listed for Abilities, are subject to change prior to launch.
