You can excel only if you take up the challenge.

I write to you all today in grief and sadness. Versions of this game, Heat Online, have been many. Some liked, some loved, and played by the masses.

On May 1st, 2014, Invictus Games Ltd., will discontinue service of Heat Online. As of today, there will be no more updates or patches to the game.

On March 1st, 2014, CP will no longer be available for purchase. Players will be able to spend their CP in game until May 1st, 2014.
We will be holding special events and huge gift giving in the coming months.

As all things in life, Heat has reached it’s time. The source code of the original game was shaky at best and through the years, the
development changes have become un-managable. We hope to try a new project in the distant future. But as for now, that is just a dream.
We have worked long and hard to try to get the game back to where it needs to be. To be lucrative to the company. As it stands now, we cannot pay the Development Team to keep us up and running. They have assured me, if given the code, we would be unable to create a stable game to continue on this platform.

I feel the GS/GM team has exhausted every option to keep the game running. We tried a roll back, only to encounter more bugs and problems. The tracks from Leila were impossible to import, as well as many cars due to version differences. Among other things, the Development costs were just inconceivable.

I thank you all. You were the best crew I could ask for. I thank you Players for your patronage, perseverance, and most of all, friendship.
We will miss you all. We will miss Heat Online.

I will try to race with you all until the end.
