Does anyone else miss Xfire? I remember whenever that was our main way to communicate within the clan. This was before I even understood what Steam was! Crazy to think that Xfire doesn't even exist anymore. I remember logging in a few years back, but they were oriented to team building type works and clan workshops rather than providing an in-game communication dashboard.

Although we have services now like Overwolf or Discord that provide some of the features that Xfire did,  in my opinion at least, Xfire set the stage for these services and wish it would come back. I'd use it RIGHT NOW if I could.

 

I still have all of my screenshots from Xfire backed up on an external hard drive from when I played Command and Conquer when I was a LITTLE KID! I wish I would have taken more screen shots of the game but at least I have a few to cherish.

I miss Xfire too, it set the gold standard back in the day for a gamers messenger. I still have all my old screenshots as well.

I'll have to make a thread and post some of the ones I still have from ZH and Tib Wars. I have some from Renegade too! Man Xfire was the GOAT and no one realized it.
