LEMON LUST
Ingredients:
• 1 c. flour
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. Cool Whip
• 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding (3.4 oz. size)
• 3 c. milk
• 2 c. Cool Whip
Instructions:
- Mix flour, butter and pecans together. Press evenly over the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Mix together lemon pudding and milk according to package directions. Pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- Spread 2 cups Cool Whip over the entire top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
