Ketchup (no Heinz just the cheap one)
5 Tbls of Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Chili pepper
Curry
Ketchup needs to be heated slowly either in a sauce pan or pot. Best way to prepare this you start with Vinegar. Every Tablespoon of vinegar should be added slowly with at least 3 minutes in between so the ketchup can absorb it and you don't have a sour taste afterwards. also start small with the seasonings, don't dump everything on to it at once. Add flavor slowly until you find the one like. Serve with Bratwurst or Beef Wursts. But remember you need to boil them first then fry them. Cut into small pieces then dump your sauce on it hot , with a side of french fries , don't forget also to top it off with a little bit more curry on top .
