A ginger/green onion sauced dish.
Prep Time:20 mins
Cook Time:10-20 mins
2 cups of chicken broth
4 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
4 tablespoons of Red Pepper Sweet Sauce (or crushed red pepper + 4 tablespoons honey)
4" x 1" of ginger root chopped ultra fine into a paste
6-8 green onions chopped ultra fine into a paste
1/4 cup of soy sauce
4-6 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
Blend all the ingredients. Save.
Stir fry what ever meats/veges you like
When stir fry almost done, add the sauce, stir until it thickens.
Server with rice or rice noodles
