As long as it's 1.6 texture pack is will work. It will only texture vanilla textures. If you want texture for the mod items then you need to find a texture pack that supports mods, eg: PureBDcraft & Sortex. PureBDcraft has a sky factory patch. Sky factory patch linked in first post for PureBDcraft.
