Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
6 Tablespoons mayonnaise (don't use salad dressings like Miracle Whip, adds too much sweetness)
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 Eggs, hard-boiled and diced
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon tarragon
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch fresh cracked pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. This recipe is best when made the day before to allow for the flavors to marry.
